Customers,
Because we are a wholesale nursery, our products are available for licensed members of the trade only. New customers will be required to show proof of nursery certification or stock dealer certification upon initial application to purchase our plant material.

Florida State Law Requires All dealers in agricultural products covered by the Florida Agricultural License and Bond Law, Sections 604.15-604.30, Florida Statutes, who buy or receive such products from Florida producers, their agents or representatives, on other than a cash currency basis must be licensed and bonded. (Citrus, tobacco, sugar cane and tropical foliage are not covered by the law.)

There is no drop charge for full semi-truck orders to a single destination, otherwise all orders will have a drop charge applied.
Jon's Nursery reserves the right to add or remove fuel surcharges to delivered orders.

Minimums

• $ 500.00 within 50 mile radius of nursery
• $ 750.00 rest of Zone A and Zones B-E
• $1500.00 Zones F-H
• $2000.00 Zones I-K

Minimum order for U.P.S., Parcel Post or Air Freight shipments is $200.00.

Important Notice IFA SURCHARGE – Shipments outside the regulated Imported Fire Ant and in the Texas Diaprepes quarantine zones require special treatment and will be assessed a surcharge to cover our costs. Please phone our office for details.

The radius shown indicates the limit of the $500.00 minimum delivery area. A $750.00 minimum applies to the area outside this radius but within Zone A. Delivery is an expensive service. We have made every effort to maintain scheduled times of delivery to each customer.In consideration of our other customers, who expect their deliveries on time, please respect our drivers' schedules by promptly unloading your order. It is your responsibility to be prepared to unload the shipment in a reasonable amount of time. (Specific 'Delivery Procedures' provided upon request.) If adequate help is not furnished or unreasonable delay occurs a 10% demurrage of invoice will be charged.
